And today it's the latter we want to focus on.
Unlike many sleep aids on the market, which are no-goes when you're carrying that precious bundle, the
Relax & Unwind Sleep Mist aims to help those of us who suffer from the dreaded pregnancy insomnia relax and travel to the land of nod safely and naturally.
It uses a mix of Camomile and Lavender, which is sprayed onto your pillow just before you climb into bed.
The mist is light meaning your pillow doesn't stay wet for long and the scent is subtle, which is great for sensitive pregnant noses, as well as ensuring bedrooms aren't engulfed in the smell.
